That site was a good discovery, Lisa. It's great that the Ministry of Justice took the trouble to have the information translated into English. Some Japanese citizens may not be proficient in Japanese if they have been naturalized as Japanese. Also, foreigners who commit crimes might need to find out about how their case will be tried, so it will be useful for them, too.
I hoped that you would have used more criteria to judge the quality of information though, by using the ones at...

They include such criteria as authorship, objectivity, currency, accuracy, etc. However, this was mainly an information page, so some of them would not apply so much. They apply more to an advocacy website.
